The Tatra Ecorra V8 reimagined through a modern motorsport lens.
This project explores what would happen if the iconic Czech sports car received a contemporary DTM-inspired widebody — engineered not as a track-only machine, but as a fully street-legal performance statement.
The goal was to preserve the original proportions while dramatically amplifying stance, surface tension, and aerodynamic aggression.
Key design direction:
– Extreme yet functional widebody architecture
– Lowered stance with race-derived geometry
– DTM-inspired aero elements adapted for road legality
– White body finish contrasted with gloss black performance components
– Motorsport wheel setup for maximum visual mass
The contrast between clean white surfaces and deep black aerodynamic elements enhances the sculptural form while maintaining visual discipline.
This project reflects my ongoing exploration of brutalist automotive CGI design — merging heritage engineering with contemporary race aesthetics.
